1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bp77 ("bp77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bp77 website located at bp77.asia and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform ("Services").

By creating a bp77 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are using the Services voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• Your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the bp77 platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and bp77 relating to the subject matter herein.

2Eligibility

To register for and use a bp77 account, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bp77 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement. Age verification is conducted during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Accounts that cannot satisfy age verification will not be granted full platform access, and any funds held in unverified accounts are subject to review.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered bp77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban.
• Own identity: You must register using your own identity. Accounts registered on behalf of a third party, or accounts used to wager funds beneficially owned by a third party, are strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You confirm that you are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the bp77 platform or any associated platform. If you are aware that you have a gambling problem, you must not register or continue to use bp77's Services.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. bp77 does not provide legal advice regarding jurisdictional eligibility. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to use bp77's Services.

bp77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

3Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bp77 Services, you must complete the registration process and satisfy KYC requirements. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bp77 may void bets, withhold withdrawals, or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be materially false or misleading.
• KYC compliance: bp77 is required to verify the identity of registered players. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. bp77 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bp77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") from Account Settings. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to bp77 support.
• Password security: bp77 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Inactive accounts: bp77 may apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for an extended period, as detailed in the account settings section. bp77 will endeavour to notify the account holder via registered contact details before applying any such charge.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the bp77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit ("MYR"). bp77 does not apply currency conversion charges for MYR transactions.

Deposits: bp77 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposit processing times vary by channel — e-wallet deposits are typically instant.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment channels that have been verified during KYC as belonging to the registered account holder. bp77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• bp77's internal anti-fraud review processes;
• Published processing times for the relevant payment channel.

Transaction responsibility: bp77 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network issues outside bp77's control. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details — bp77 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrectly entered payment information.

Suspicious transactions: bp77 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. bp77 may place a temporary hold on account funds pending investigation without prior notice where suspicious activity is suspected.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

bp77 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time the offer is made available. The following general principles apply to all bp77 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance;
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods are detailed in the specific promotion terms and must be satisfied in full;
• bp77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• Only one promotion may typically be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• bp77 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for a promotion and to reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

6Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

All bets placed on the bp77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible from within each game and market interface.

• Casino games: Live casino and slot games are provided by third-party studios. Game rules and RTP data are published by each provider and accessible within the game interface at bp77. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server-side records constitute the authoritative record.
• Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with bp77's sportsbook rules. In the event of events being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bp77's published rules for each sport determine whether bets are settled, voided, or held over.
• Connectivity: bp77 is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay or bet placement caused by internet connectivity failures on the user's side. Bets that have been confirmed by bp77's system prior to a connectivity interruption are valid and will be settled normally.
• Error and malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game or bet outcomes, bp77 reserves the right to void affected bets. No winnings are payable in respect of outcomes produced by a system malfunction or error.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bp77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bp77 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting outcomes;
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bp77 staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to bp77's internal systems.

8Responsible Gaming

bp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies reflect this commitment:

• 21+ age requirement: bp77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Age is verified during KYC and is a hard eligibility requirement. bp77 will not knowingly permit persons under 21 years of age to open or maintain an account.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings section. Limits take effect immediately upon confirmation and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: bp77 allows players to configure session time alerts from Account Settings to help monitor time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from Account Settings. During any self-exclusion period, bp77 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent account access. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering a new account.
• Problem gambling resources: Players who are concerned about their gaming behaviour are encouraged to seek assistance from recognised problem gambling support organisations.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bp77 platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game content — is the property of bp77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the bp77 platform without prior written consent from bp77.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or winnings arising from use of the platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Any loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third parties;
• Any loss arising from system downtime, maintenance, or technical failures;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. bp77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

11Privacy & Data

bp77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bp77 platform, you consent to bp77's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at bp77.asia/privacy-policy.

12Account Suspension & Termination

bp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (which are non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity, where applicable in accordance with published inactive account policies.

Upon account termination for cause (including breach of Terms), bp77 may forfeit any account balance and withhold any pending withdrawal. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach, bp77 will process any legitimate outstanding balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to AML obligations.

You may request closure of your bp77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any open bets and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13Amendments to These Terms

bp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bp77 will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by email to the registered contact address. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the bp77 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bp77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to bp77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting bp77 support via the channels set out on the platform. bp77 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under bp77's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the applicable law of your jurisdiction of residence.
